Auckland, Jan. 26. J-The inter-provincial cricket • match, Wellington v. Auckland, commenced today in fino but cloudy weather. Auckland's first innings score, including 35 extras, was 218. Smith, hot out for 83, was top scorer. Wellington at the call of time had made 27 for no wickets.
