The "Da% Mail's" Athens correspondent says trat the .Goeben and Breslau, dash is closely connected with the Graeco-German intrigues for Constantine's restoration. They intended a raid to destroy the Levant shipping, the success of which would have enabled the German agents in Greece to stir up dissension and endeavour to promote civil war.
