REPORTED ARREST OF KALEDIN.

A BOLSHEVIKI ASSERTION

The Bolsheviki telegraph agency reports that Generals Kaledin and Pototsky and their staffs were arrested. Kaledin asked the Mayor of Rostoff to come to Novocierkask and discuss the suspension of military operations.

The agency also announces overwhelming pro-Maximalist majorities in the Constituent Assembly election from the Twelfth aTid Fifth Armies and the armies of Finland. . ;
