Applications for discharge from bankruptcy were granted to John S. Winstanley, telegraphist, Nelson (Mr. H. Clieek), and John Windle'born, labourer, Richmond (Mr. W. V. Roiit). An application by Roy Thorn, carrier, Nelson (Mr. H. Cheek) was also granted, the order to be suspended foi three months, as bankrupt had failed to keep proper books. PROBATE. On the application of Mr. O. R. Fell, probate of the will of Edward Hoult, deceased, was granted to Ann. Jane Hoult, Edward James Hoult, and Frances Hoult, the surviving executors in the said will and testament, i On the 13th mst., >n trie apphfavicn of Mr E. B;. Moore, His Honour g;uited probate of the will of Robert boge, lato of Stoke, orchardisx., deceased, to Mary Adelaide Edge, the execvtnx naiiied- in the said will. On the motion of VLr Glasgow, probate was granted by His Honour as fellows:- — Of the will of Elizabeth Ellis, late <:f Motueka, widow, deceased.. to Lizzie Florence Ellis, sole exoc t.vtx. Of the will of Minnie Batt, late or Takaka, deceased, to Arthur Dumrgton Batt and Francis John Daynes, tho executors named .;n tho will. Of the will of Magnus Masses, laic of I'akaka, ftirmer, lecea;el, to Ltiza-bet-h Hannah Manson and Thomas Manso», the executors therein named.
