The twenty-fifth anniversary of Victory Royal Arch Chapter, No. 12, wa-, celebrated at the .Masonic. Hill yesterday, Messages conveying apologies: for absence but congratulating the Chapter on the attainment of its twentyfifth anniversary were received from M.E. Comp. M. J.
