"THE MEN SHE MARRIED."
"The Men She Married" will head the programme at the Empire Theatre to-night. A scheming, adventurer and his v.ifo are posing ay a fashionable week-end resort as brother and sister, and he manages to entrap into a bogus marriage a pretty heiress, well portrayed by Gail Kane. Instead of the usual result of such a trick, the plot .takes an unexpected twist, and the villain "takes down" his bride promptly for ten thousand dollars, and moves off to Central America. The end is a -surprise—in fact, the whole drama is full of strange turns. Tho photography is remarkable, and the dressing superu. Special mention must be mace, of •/dainty Muriel Ostriche, a coming World star of supreme fascination. A highly amusing comedy, "The. Two O'clocV ' Train," and other fine subjects, comj plete an exceptionally strong programme. . 1
