The Admiralty reports that the arrivals for the week ending October 21&t totalled 2648, and the sailings 2689.

Seventeen vessels over and eight under 1600 tons were sunk. Seven were unsuccessfully attacked.

The arrivals and departures^ in tho previous week mimbereci 2124 and 2094 respectively. Twelve vessels over and six under IGOQ tons were sunk.
