THE CABINET'S RESIGNATION. '
REFUSED BY THE PRESIDENT.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) - Paris, Oct. 23. Following a- Cabinet Council, M. Painleve tendered the Cabinet's resignation to President' Poincare, who refused to accept it, pointing out that the Chamber on Friday voted confidence in the Government. . . TL-o Ministers thereupon placed their resignations in the hands of the President of the Council, who wjJl examine the situation.
