Mr Maurice Lowe, correspondent in London of the "Post," wires the "Post" that tie Allied War Conference,, in which the United • States will participate, will be held in London at the earliest date possible. It will undoubtedly bear vitally on the future of the war. Although finance is primarily quoted for discussion, it necessarily follows that the entire campaign will bo discussed and a complete under-

standing reached between the financial and military chiefs of the Allies and the United States, and tte viewpoints will be co-ordinated. The Allies' and United States Treasury officers will feel increased efficiency as the perspective becomes clear with free and frank discussion.
