Count Reventlow, in an article in the "Tages Zeitung," says that the Kaiser visited Constantinople to assure the Government that Germany would guarantee the integrity of the Turkish Empire, including Egypt.

The Kaiser visited: Gallipoli and tte Dardanelles on board the Goeben. He also visited the German troops on the AsiaiEic coast, and bestowed decorations.
