The "Daily Chronicle's" Buenos Aires correspondent says the railway strike is more serious. Damage by rioting and derailments are of daily occurrence. The Government's action is- feeble, and martial law is flouted.
The commercial community suggests a general lock-out as a protest against Syndicalist tyranny.
