BABY WEEK.

The sub-committee of the Rojal Health Society met yesterday afternoon in connection "with Baby Week (October 28th to November 2nd), and the following arrangements wero made :—On Monday evening, October 29th, a. public meeting will bo hold in the School of Music,' when speeches will be given bearing upon the work and aims of the society, with a short musical programme under the direction of Miss Fairhall. Details will bo published later. There will also be an afternoon meeting on Wednesday, October 31st, for mothers and all interested in- the society's work or in the cave and treatment of babies. Nurse Wix will give a demonstration of the making of humanised milk, and there will b» patterns of the Plunkct baby clothes for gale, a full set of patterns Ijoinir sold for 6d. Samples of the-ready-made varments will also be on exhibition. ""Afternoon tea will bo provided.
