A Frenchl communique says: There Is violent artillery fire on both banks of the Meuse.
Our artillery neutralised an attack which was being prepared east of Rheims.
We heavily bombed railway stations and factories in various places, and also the town of Baden, as a reprisal for the Germans bombing Bar-le-Duc.
