A FORECAST.

Copenhagen, May 17. A forecast of the Russian Coalition Government is as follows:—
Prince Lvoff, Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior. M. Miliukoff, Foreign Minister. M. Revenski, War Minister.
M. Shingoreff, Finance Minister
Either M. Skobeleff, vice-president of the Workmen's and Soldiers' Council, or Admiral Kolichak, commanding the Black Sea Fleet, will be appointed Minister of the Navy. Socialists will be appointed to almost all other portfolios.
