Melbourne, May 18. i In the new war pensions scheme, •it is provided that if an incapacitated soldier marries after hi.s discharge his wife shall receive a pension at the rate of one-half the husband's. Children born after a soldier's discharge will receive pensions on the same scale as those born before. ■ j
