Lontfon, May 16. Hie Admiralty reports that a flotilla of United States destroyers, under Rear-Admiral Sims, has arrived to cooperate with the British Navy in prosecuting the Allied cause. They will be of the greatest value.

The Admiralty reports that the arrivals for the week totalled 2568, and the .sailings 2552. Eighteen vessels over 1600 tons and five under 1600 tons were sunk. Nineteen were unsuccessfully attacked. Three fishing vessels were sunk.

An Italian official message reports arrivals numbering 580 and sailings numbering 562. Four steamers and seven sailing ships were sunk.
