Van der Velde Ind Deman are en route to Petfograd to interview the Swedish and Dutch Socialist delegates regarding the proposed peace conference at Stockholm. The latter explained that he hoped to confer successively with belligerent and neutral delegations-with a view to outlining peace proposals on the lines of President Wilson's programme and thereafter convening an international Socialist assembly of all countries.
