The Workers' and Soldiers' Committee, in a manifesto which was carried by 2000 votes against 112, invites workers and soldiers to subscribe- to the Liberation Loan, and thus give Russia greater independence towards French, British, and American capitalists, and contribute to the financial success of the revolution.
A battalion of Guards which was prominent in. the revolution left-for the front amid enthusiastic scenes.
