Franco.—Letters and packets for the forces on active service in France are sent alternately via San Fjrancisco and Vancouver, and parcels and newspapers for the same forces by direct stearnerß to London. The public are strongly advised to continue addressing in ail matter to care of the G.P.0., Wellington. Thia ensures correct despatch. Money orders aod regist«/©d letter a close one hour, and parcel-ajst parcels 30 minutes, before the ordinary mail. Parcels for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe ore sent by. direct steamers only. W, GEE, Chief Postmaster.
