The llcv. I). C. Bates's weather aummary is as follows: —Atmospheric pressure was jnoreasing 111 the South on. Saturday, but another Antarctic blow now prevails, with westerly winds strong to gale; cloudy, unsettled weather lias ruled, and rain" has fallen in most parts of the Dominion.
Forecast: Present indications are for high westerly to south-westerly winds; expect cooler, changeable, and. showery •conditions • generally, with rising barometer rtrervwhe.ro soon.
