REPRISALS IN GERMANY

An Amsterdam correspondent says that as a reprisal for the British liquidating .German enterprises, the Ckan'cellor is arranging for the compulsory liquidation of enterprises whose capital is mostly British or which are manlaged or supervised from British countries. Liquidations can extend to the !■ firms' branches on the ground that the property is also British investment.
