MESSAGE TO THE CHANCELLOR.

An Amsterdam correspondent states that o the Kaiser in a message to Dr. yon Bethmann Hollweg on the second aniversary of the war, says: "Hard times are ahead. .After the terrific storm of two years of war the desire for sunshine and peace is stirring all human hearts, but the war continues because the battle, cry of the enemy Governments is still the destruction of Germany."
