London, July 27. .In. the House-of Commons a scene was'caused by Mr Laurence' GinneU alleging' .that the military bombarded the -nurses'headquarters during theDublin insurrection. • Mr Herbert Samuel denied this, and Mr Ginnell accused Mr Samuel of insolence and persisted in putting th© | question. , ' . ' ■ Mr Asquith moved • the suspension jof Mr- Ginnel], who refused, to leave till the sitting was suspended. ;He was then persuaded to leave and the sitting was resumed. -
