A Turkish communique says: The cruiser Midillieh, formerly the Breslau, encountered south of Sebastopol a f strong enemy squadron, consisting'of a new Dreadnought of the Empress Maria class, and four destroyers. After four hours' fighting the Midillieh evaded efforts to cut her off, and returned undamaged. A Turkish monitor attacked two enemy monitors in the Euphrates, setting onp on fire.
