Wellington; July 25. i The Prime Minister has invited' all Mayors of the Dominion to convene public meetings to be hold on the second anniversary of the war, and sulbmit the" following motion: —"That "on this, ,the second anniversary of the declaration of a righteous war, this meeting of citizens of —< records its inflexible determination to continue to a victorious" end the struggle in the maintenance of thoso ideals of liberty and justice ....which are the. common and sacred cause of the Allies."
