If you once use this Celebrated Manure you will use no other. Read what some of our local aid well-knowi Farmers say:— Alotueka, Jan. 15,' 1915. Messrs.. Bisley Bros, and Co % s Nelson. Dear Sirs, — It affords me muck pleasure tc be able to advise you of the greal success I have had from the 5 tons oi Rockland Basic Phosphate Manure which I purchased from you a few months ago. For many years I have been a large user of imported superphosphates, basic slag, and various brands of Nev.- Zealand freezing companies' mixtures; but I have never had such marked success from any manures as I have had this season from your Basic Phosphate, in .spite of worse weather conditions than , we have experienced for many years. I used a portion of your manure tc TOP DRESS some of my GRASS LAND, and the balance I used, on oats. One paddock T manured and shut up for^hay, and despite the dry seasor from this very old pasture a good crop from this ver yold pasture a good crop: while tmmanured paddocks shut uj; gave poor results. I manured one paddock on which I run my cows regularrj and left the others. The paddock which was manured 1 should think pro duces about 25 per cent, more feec than any of the unmanured paddocks Clovers came in a surprising manner although clover had not shown to anj extent for some years. As well as this, the grass seemed to grow freshei and to contain more nourishment, a: the cows milked better and did bettei when on the manured pasture. I had sufficient manure to cover hal my OAT CROP, and for the remairide] I used a freezing company's specia grain manure. The Oats on which used the Basic Phosphate left the othei oats far behind, and to such a market extent that people asked me what had done to half my crop. I am so pleased with my success witl this manure that I think every farme: should know of its qualities, and to sei this end I would be pleased to giv< every farmer further particulars an< show the actual results. I can oonfi Jently recommend Rockland Basi> Phosphate, arid my order for the com ing season will be about 5 tons. (Signed) W. W. LIVESAY. Brightwater, Feb. 9tfe. 1915. Messrs. Bisley Bros, and Co., Nelson. Dear Sirs, — We have to advise you of our suoces with Rockland Basic Phosphate Manure We purchased two tons from you, an although late in the season, applied ; portion of it to one-half of ou CLOVER PADDOCK. The other hal of this paddock we top-dressed wit' Basic Slag.. The difference between th manures was most marked,, and we hai a really wonderful result with the Basi Phosphate. The portion manured wit the Basic Phosphate grew stronger taller, and the clover was bright green whereas the Basic Slag portion had yellowish tinge, and was decidedly in ferior. We are so pleased with our succes 9 with this manure that we will use larg quantities during the coming season. (Signed) NEWMAN BROS. Although the paddock was not top dressed tue following ; year the resul was even more noticeable, which prove that Basic Phosphate is a lastwij manure. ' Riwaka, March 11th, 1915: Messrs. Bisley Bros, and Co., Nelson. Dear Sirs, — It affords me nvueh pleasure to b able to advise you of my success wit] the Rockland Basic Phosphate manur "which I purchased from you last July. I used this manure on my GRAIJ CROPS (OATS and WHEAT). Th paddock where this grain grew is th poorest piece of land on my ■property and during the forty years I have hai this place, I have never had a crop si good by half. It is the opinion of tin -farmers in this neighbourhood that ny oat crop is the best in the district, am my wheat crop is exceptionally good I have to put this success down to you Basic Phosphate. You can make use of this referenc< to help to make the manure known, a; after my success I feel it is the bes manure and the cheapest on the mar ket. ■ ■. (Signed) ALEX. DRUMMOND.
