THE BLOCKADE.
ATTITUDE OF NORWAY.
"COLOGNE GAZETTE" DIS-
GUSTED,
("The Times.")
London, July 22.
Norway's attitude regarding the blockade disgusts the "Cologne Gazette/ which says:—-"If it were not so immensely sad, we might laugh at the idea that the Norwegians, after all the British sea tyrants' excuses, are still regarding England as champion of the independence of small nations. This proves that Germany, when fighting for the freedom of the seas, cannot reckon upon the northern nations, although they are our blood relations.
