PRUSSIAN TREACHERY.

Copenhagen, July 21
A soldier's letter states that a Prussian officer and a number of Germans approached the British holding up their hands. The officer threw his helmet, containing a bomb, at the British officer's feet, killing him and wounding three others. The Prussian officer was shot.
