Amsterdam, July 21. A German communique says: Yesterday's English attack from the Elles region by two strong divisions was repulsed. We counted 2000 bodies in front of our lines. The enemy's strong attack by over 200,000 troops on both banks of the Somme failed. The enemy captured only three kilometres of our front lines southwards of Hardecourt.
