Russell, repaying to a deputation from the Wellington HosjPital Board this.morning on the question of subsidies paid to Hospital Boards, said it was proposed next session to introduce legislation to amend the present system.. One. provision would be that Hospital Bqard estimates must be submitted to his Department before being passed. It was proposed to call a conference of* representatives of Hospital Boards before finiaJly framing legislation. -. ;
