DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

'The Executive of the Silver Bullet Cannonade feel that, notwithstanding the publicity which, has been given, donors to the fund do not fully appreciate the fact that donations'may*:be spread over a period.of two- years. They put it this, way:—A-.donor may be prepared to give £50 down, but he would like to contribute a greater amount. To meet such cases the Executive have arranged to take promissory notes spread over the period of two years.
