M. Balo'f,, Red Cross Commissioner in Armenia^ reports that lie visited 45 villages around Trebizond, where, out of 8343 inhabitants before the war, the Russians found 367. The rest were massacred.

Out of 10,000 at TVebizond itself the Russians found 92.,

M. Balof reports that German officers an<l agents have directed the systematic extermination of the Armeniaas.
