The "Morning Post's" Rom© correspondent states that the Cabinet is considering its attitude towards Germany. Unless Italy denounces the ItaloGerman commercial treaty before the end of 1916 it is automatically renewed for five years.

The conviction is growing that Italy must declare war against Germany, as otherwise she will be, prejudiced later in the discussion of peace a,nd in economic relations with the Allies.
