The-.British-renewed the offensive with marked success north-west of Bazentm-le-Petit-, storming and capturing the enemy's seuond line positions on a front of 1,500 yards. East of Longueval the gap in the second line was further widened, and Water]ot Farm, a strong position, was captured. Ovillers-la Boiselle is now entirely in our hands. The German losses were very heavy. Considerable activity is reported in Champagne and Lorraiae.
