GERMANY IN A FOOL'S PARADISE.

' The "New York Times," in a striking article, says Germany cannot longer live in a fool's paradise. She must realise that there is no hope that she will.be able to dictate terms. Germany wants peace, but her retention of Al-sace-Lorraine and Poland cannot be suggested. The men who surround the German armies with a ring of fire are forcing them to fight not for victory but for life.
