Washington, July 14. The Senate debated the Immigration Bill.
Senator Wark said Japan must re- j cognise the unalterable fact that unlimited immigration of Japanese to the United States could not be permitted. The United States required separate Western and Eastern armies and navies. He approved of the Calif ornian law prohibiting Japanese ownership of land.
