London, July 14
Mr Richard Jones, who has been for many years identified with the \ civic life of Dublin and heretofore a staunch supporter of the Nationalist Party, has issued a manifesto, urging the formation of an Irish Patriotic Union. He declares that the agitation of the past years will be nothing to the storm which he will raise. , .
He adds: "If Mr Redmond and Mr Asquith persist in sowing the wind we will leave them to reap the whirlwind." He challenges the six Dublin members of the House of Commons to resign and' seek re-election, promising that they will be swept iHto oblivion.
