!A thousand Sinn Feiners 3 disappointed by the non-arrival of the released li'ish prisoners, wrecked1 recruiting offices at Dublin, hissed^ihe military pickets and sang rebel songs.
The Sinn Feiners fired -'shots at -a recruiting officer's residence, and placed an inscription on a building reading: "Up with the republic," surmounted by a skull and crossbones.
