WE WANT EVERY FARMER fO USE i&si® Phosphate* TT BEATS ALL OTHER MANURES \ND GIVES WONDERFUL RESULTS WHEN USED ON GRAIN GStOPS bocit 'crops OROB&fSDS a HOPS IT. IS ALSO BY FAR THE BEST TOP OBESSBSie MANURE ON THE MARKET. If you once use this Celebrated Manure you will use no other. Read what some of our local and well-known Farmers say:— Motueka. Jan. 15, 1915. Messrs. Bisley Bros, and Coo Nelson. Dear Sirs, — It affords me much pleasure to he able .to advise you of the great succor I have had from the o tons or Rockland Basic Phosphate Manure whi--h I purchased from you a tew months ago. For many years I have been a lar^e user of imported super-phosphates.*-basic slag, and various brands of' New Zealand freeing companies' mixtures: but 1 have never had such marked success from any manures as I have had this season from your Basse Phosphate, in spite of worse weather conditions than we have experienced for many years. ] used a portion of your manure< to TOP DRESS some of my G-RASb IAND and the balance I used on oats. One paddock I manured and shut up for hay, and despite the dry season from this very old pasture a good crop, from this very old pasture a good crop, while un.manured paddocks shut up c;ave poor results. I manured one paddock on which I run my cows regularly and left the others. Th 3 paddock whicft was manured ! should think produces about 25 per cent, more feed than any of the unmanured pacidocliS. Clovers came in a surprising manner, although clover had not shown to any extent for some years. As well as thK the grass seamed to grow fresher and'to contain mere nourishment, as the cows milked bettor and did better when on the manured pasture. . I had sufficient manure to cover half my OAT CROP, and for the remainder T 'used a freezing company's special strain manure. The Oats en which I usad the Basic Phosphate left the other oats far behind, and to such a marked extent that pecp'.e asked me what I had done to half my crop. • I am so pleased with my success with this manure that I think every farmer should know of its qualities, and to see this end I would he pleased to give every farmer further particulars and show the actual results. 1 can confidently recommend Rnckland Basic Phosphate, and my order for the comino1 season will be about 5 tons. (Signed) TF. W. LIYESAY. Brightwater, Feb. 9th. 1915. Messrs. Bisloy Bros, and Co., Nelson. Dear Sirs, — We have to advise you of our success with Roekland Basic Phosphate Manure. We purchased two tons from you. and although lato in the season, applied a nortion of it to one-half of our CLOVER- PADDOCK. The other half of this naddock we top-dressed with Basic Slag. The difference between the manures was most marked, and we had a really - wonderful result with the Basic Phosphate. The portion manured with the Basic phosphate grew .stronger, taller, and the clover was bright green, nhereas the Basic Slag portion had a yellowish tinge, and was decidedly inferior. We are so pleased with our success vith this manure that we will use large quantities during the coming season. (Signed) NEWMAN BROS. Although the paddock was not topdresstd use following year the result was even more noticeable, which proves that Basic Phosphate is a lasting manure. Hivr.ika, March 11th, 1915. .Messrs. Bisley J.iros. and Co., Nelson. Dear Sirs, — It affords me nr.uch pleasure to be able to advise you of my success with the Rockland Basic Phosphate manure which I purchased from you last July. I used this manure on mv GRAIN CROPS (OATS and WHEAT). The paddock where this grain grew is the poorest piece of land on my property, and during the f&rty years ! have had this place, I have never had a crop so good by half, It is the opinion of the farmers in this neighbourhood that my <>at crop is the best in the district, and u.y wheat cron is exceptionally good. 3 have to put this success down to your easse Phosphate. You can make use of this reference to help to make the manure known, as niter my success I feel it is the best snanure and the chcanest o?i the market, (Signed) ALEX. DRTJMMOND. Motueka, Jan. 14th, 1915. Messrs. Bisley Bros, and Co., JNclscn. Dear Sirs, — I have great pleasure in advising you of the success I have had from the j'ockland Basic Phosphate which 1 purchased from you last July. • I used the majority on GRASS PADDOCKS, and I can confidently say that during the ten years I have" had this property, i have never had half fr.e grass ! have had this season, although i have stocked the ground as heavily as-usual. The effect of your manure is '•yen more surprising/ seeing that the season has beon exceptionally dry and :i general bad year for grass. The Basic Phosphate forced the growth of clover in my paddocks where clover had not shown for. .years* I am -so satisfied With the manure tiiat I will largely increase my order for the com ing season. I will be pleased if any fanner wasting further inform-.-iTion will come along and see the reSiJJES. (Signed) L. FRANCOIS. Wo .'>.ave large shipments arriving in ->uly. .August and September.
