GERMAN-AMERICAN COMPANY FORMED.

(Received July 14, 8.25 p.m.) New York, July 14. It is stated that a German-American company is being formed with a capital of many millions to build commerce submersibles with a capacity of 5000 tons, at a cost, of a quarter of a million sterling each. . The "New York American" says that two American citizens will be carried by the Doutsehland on the return voy-" age.
