THE GRENADIERS.

A baby show in connection with the Waimea-Port Grenadiers will be held in the Drillshed next Wednesday afternoon. Prizes will be awarded, and a doctor will act as judge.

A social ?.nd dance will be given at the Mental Hospital on Wednesday, the 26th hist., in aid of the-Grenadiers.

The Regatta Committee have kindly iiivrn two handsome pictures and a Union Jack to bo disposed of as the Gron.-idiers think fit.

The hantlsome suite of furniture donated by Messrs Bisley Bros, and Co. is now on view in one of their show ■windows.

All ladies having parcels for the work and art stall arc asked to leave them at Mrs Robison's, Bank of New South Wales, or Mrs Tasker's, Mount street.- • ' " " ■
