ia tie House of Lords, when Lord Haldano was rising to speak, the Duke of Buccleueh, asked Lord Haldane to explain, his past conduct in deceiving Britain regarding the German danger.
Lan! Raldane replied that there had bees an extraordinary amount of misrepresentation in the matter, and the sooner the truth was brought to light the better.
