SINKING OF THE SUSSEX.
REVELATION OF GERMAN DECEPTION.
(United Service.)
New York, July 3
It is understood that Mr Lansing, Secretary of State, is in possession of facts showing that the German attitude in regard to the steamer Sussex has been a series of almost incredibly falsehoods. It is believed that the commander of the submarine has not been in Germany since the incident, and is now imprisoned at Edinburgh.
America is demanding details of the alleged punishment of the commander.
