AN APPEAL IN AID OF THE NELSON AND DISTRICT BRANCH OF THE NEW ZEALAND RED CROSS.
[The following lines were specially written for the Nelson Red Cross and sent from England.]

Can it be you do. not carer Every little help you give s Means some wounded man may live; Means a gentle hand will soothe Someone's pain, and lightly smooth Someone's pillow far away".
