WE,WANT EVERY FARMER TO USE iasie f^spiiaf©*. IT BEATS ALL OTHER MANBUES AND GIVES WONDEHFUL RESULTS WHEN USED ON 3T IS ALSO BY FAR THE BEST TOP OiiESSl^O MANURE ON THE MARKET. If you once use this Celebrated MaJiure you will use no other. Read what some of our local and well-known Farmers say:— Woiueka, Jan. 15, 1915. Messrs. Bisley Bros, and Co., | Nelson. Dear Sirs, — It affords me much pleasure to be able to advise you of the great success I hay© had from the 5 tons of Rockland Basic Phosphate -Manure which I purchased from you a, few months ago. For mawy years I have been a large U9er of imported superphosphates, basic slag, and various brands of New Zealand freezing companies' mixtures; but I haire newer fiad such jnarksd success Em^i any manures as I have had this season from your Basic Phosphate, in splto of worse weather conditions thaa have experienced for many years. I used a portion of your manure to TOP DRESS Borne of my GRASS LAND, and the balance I used on oats. One paddock I manured and shut up for hay. and despite- the dry season from this very old pasture a good crop, frem this ver yold pasture a good crop, while immanured paddocks shut up gave poor results. I manured one pad- j dock on which I rain my cows regularly and left the others. TfiS paddock which was manures! I sfomld' think produces abcut 25 per cent, more feed than any of the unsnanured paddocks. Clovers came in a surprising manner, although clover had -not shown to any extent for some years. As well as this, the grass seemed to grow fresher and to contain more m-suyisfcment, as the cows milked better and did better when on the toanurc-d pasture. I had sufficient manure to cover half my OAT CROP, and for the remainder I used a freezing company's special ■ grain manure. Tha Oats on which 1 used the Basic Phosphate left Ihe other oats far behind, an£ to ssoh a marked extent that people asked me wftat I had tSone to haff ray crop. I am so pleased with my success with; this manure that I think every fanner should know of its qualities, and to see this end I would be pleased to give every farmer further particulars and show the actual results. I can confidently recommend Rockland Basic Phosphate, and my order for the coming season will be about 5 tons. (Signed) W. W. LIVESAY. Brightwater, Feb. 9th. 1915. Messrs. Bisley Bros, and Co., • KeleoH. Dear Sirs, — We have to advise you of our success with Rockland Basic Phosphate Manure. We purchased two tons from you, and although late in the season, applied a portion of it to one-half of our CLOVER PADDOCK. The other half of this paddock we top-dressed with Basic Slag. The difference between the manures was most marked, and ws had a really wonderful result with the Basic Phosphate. The portion manured with the Basic Phosphate grew stronger, taller, and the clover was bright green, rhereas the Basic SJag portion had a tinge, and was < decidedly: in'^' IZT'tor. ■ , ; • vv^._-; ; v :^;?<r:v-;..;,; We fire go pleased with pur.success with tMs mantire that we- will use large quantities during the coming season. Although the _pa^docS ;J was-'"not'.;^p-dressed the following year the result/1 was even more noticeable^ which proves that Basio Phosphate is a lasting manure, •■' Riv-uka, March lll&, 1915. Tvlesers. Bisley Bros, and Co., Nelson. Dear Sirs, — It affords me ir.uc-h pleasure to be: able to advise you of mj success with ! the Rockland Basic Phosphate manure which I purchased from you last July. I used this manure on my GRAIN CROPS (OATS and WHEAT). The paddock where this grain grew is the poorest piece of land on my property, and during ths forty years I have had this place, i have neve,? had a crop so good by half. It is the opinion of the farmers.in this neighbourhood that my oat crop is the best in the district, and , ' my wheat crop is exceptionally good, i have-to put this sac&ess down* to your Sasic Phosphate. You can mfike use of this reference to help to rrfake the manure known, as after mj success I feel it is the best manure and the cheanest on the market. (Signed) ALEX. DEUMMOND.
