London, July 3,
.. Reuters special correspondent at the front says the offensive is roughly three times the magnitude of the hattle of Loos. The shell bursts reached 500 a minute on a short front. The guns are of ail calibres.
He pays a tribute to the splendid work of the British aviators; who sail undisturbed in the storm of shells, marking down the enemy.
