CITY OF NELSON. Town Clerk's Office, 20th June, 1916. ■VfOTICE is horeby given that at a 131 a Special. Meeting of jjthe Nelson City Council, held on the 16th day of June, 1916, a resolution was passed as" follows : —■ "That the Interest and Sinking Fund (if any) on the undermentioned Special Loans for the year ending 31st March, 1917, after deducting any other moneys (if any) which may be available for the payment of such interest and sinking funds, be pai£ out of the General Fund, namely: J Abattoir Loan, 1899, .£7,500 (interest 4per cent per annum) ; Tramway Loan 1901, .£1,250 (interest 4 per cent per an, num and sinking fund 1 pßr cent per annum); General and Drainage Eenewal Eonewal Loan, 1905, £4,000 (interest 4£ per cent per annum and sinking fund I|per cent per annum); Gas Eeticulation Loan, 1906, (interest 4i- per cent per annum and sinking fund l| per cent per annum) ; Bridges Reinstatement Loan, 1907, .£2,500 .(interest 4| per cent per annum and sinking fund 1-J- per cent per annum); Eocks Eoad Eenewal Loan, 1912, .£4,000 (interest 4 per cent per annum and "sinking fund 13s 4d per cent per annum) ; and Waterworks Land Purchase Loan, 1912, .£1,200 (interest 4£ per cent per annum and sinking fund 1-J- per cent pc annum); And that the interest on the Abattoir Loan, 1899, and the interest and sinking fund on the Gas Eeticulation Loan, 1906, and the Waterworks Land Purchase Loan, 1912, as aforesaid, be made charges j against the Abattoir and Gasworks and j Waterworks revenue respectively." And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution will be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the said Council to be held in the City Council Chamber, Nelson, on the 14th July, 1916, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
