OVERSEAS DELEGATES IN

LONDON.

London, June 30

The South African members of the Empire Pai'liamentary Union have arrived. The New Zealand delegates and Mr Glynn, of the Federal Parliament, will arrive tc-morrow, and the other Australian delegates by the middle of tho week. Entertainments are being arranged, including dinners at the House of Commons and the Mansion House. There will also be a High Comirassioners' dinner before the j arty begins its tour.
