CARRANZA'S NOTE.

Washington, June 30

J President Carranza has replied to the United States Notes, pointing out that the United States troops have no right whatever to remain on Mexican soil. The attacks made upon the American troops were" the result of their com-, mander'i-f blunders and overbearing manner. Carranza denies that ho protected any bandits, and accuses the United States of sending him discourteous Notes. He makes no reference to any further hostilities.
