TRADE FINANCE AFTER THE WAR,.

INTERNED AUSTRALIANS IN

SWITZERLAND

London, June 30

The JBoard of Trade has appointed a committee under the chairmanship of Lord FaringdoGj to consider how to meet the needs of British firms after tho war regarding financial facilities for trade, particularly with reference to financing largo overseas contracts.

Mr Sellheim, accompanied by Mr Fairbairn, a Red Cross officer, is proceeding to Switzerland to arrange for the release of interned Australians arid to negotiate a basis for the exchange of

prisoners
